For this project, I served as the Production & Project Manager, overseeing the creation of a striking window display for Canada Goose at South Coast Plaza. The design seamlessly reflected the brand’s identity while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and visual impact.
I managed every aspect of the project from concept to installation, including material selection, budgeting, timeline coordination, and logistics. Working closely with the client, I ensured all elements aligned with Canada Goose’s brand vision. I led our in-house team of technical drafters, painters, carpenters, metalworkers, and creative fabricators, while also collaborating with vendors to secure high-quality graphics. The project was a major success, not only in execution but also financially—I effectively managed costs, delivering the final installation under budget without compromising quality.
